There is a platter hire fee of between $3.00 - $5.00 per platter depending on size.

Cocktail napkins (white @ $10.00, black or red @ $15.00 per 100) are available.

The delivery/pick-up fee is charged on distance and starts at $30.00.

Aprons are available at a cost of $5.00 (available in a number of colours).

Waitstaff are at a rate of $35.00 per person per hour & Function Co-ordinator/Chef

rate is at $55.00 per hour.

A 50% deposit on all food orders is required to secure your booking and payments can

be made by Direct Debit, Cheque or Cash.
